Last weekend I had the opportunity and the pleasure of photographing a family event for a friend of mine. One of his daughters does not live in California and she was down visiting for a few weeks. There are no pictures of my friend and his three girls all together, so we took this opportunity to get some great ones for him. They had a little family get together and my dad and I joined and photographed the event. It was really a great time. I enjoyed getting to know his family and his beautiful daughters, I am so glad that I was able to capture some great moments between them all. Enjoy!

When Allysa was younger my dad and I would take her out and do little fun photo shoots with her just because. She loved them and we always had so much fun. It’s been a very long time since I’ve had a shoot with my niece. It’s no excuse, but it’s just that life gets in the way, my sister has had three kids since Allysa. I don’t get to see Allysa as much as I would like to, she’s grown up, and shes involved in sports, and school, and time just gets away from us. A few weeks ago while she was on spring break from school we decided that it was time for a shoot! We had a really fun time, my dad and I took her to the studio to play around with the lighting set we just got and are still learning, and then we went up to Mt. Helix for a few shots, which was freezing by the way. I can’t believe how grown up she looks in these pictures and it just reminds me that I need to make more time for her, shes growing up way to fast, and I’m not a fan. I hope you had as much fun as I did during this shoot baby girl. I love you always!!
